Support Resources
Motherhood can be hard, but finding support shouldn’t be. Here are some resources to help you navigate the many transitions of parenthood.
Prepared Postpartum
Many parents spend months getting ready for birth, but very little time preparing for what comes after. Sleep deprivation, shifting roles, figuring out how to ask for help, navigating relationships after baby… it’s a lot.
Prepared Postpartum is a live virtual workshop designed to help expecting parents feel emotionally, practically, and relationally ready for the fourth trimester.
Led by Spark Mamas founders, Amber and Chelsea, licensed therapists specializing in perinatal mental health, this workshop offers honest, practical support – no sugarcoating, no judgment. We’ve helped hundreds of families navigate the fourth trimester, and we’re here to support yours, too.

Expecting First-Time Moms Pregnancy & Postpartum Group for May/June Babies
Gather before birth. Grow through postpartum.
A 6-week program created just for you.
We will begin meeting in late pregnancy so your community is in place before baby arrives, and continue through the early postpartum weeks — so you don’t have to navigate this transition alone.
In this safe, non-judgmental space, you’ll connect with other new moms and receive practical, real-life support for moments that can feel overwhelming at first — like leaving the house with your baby or finding your new normal — along with access to trusted mental health resources.
