Lactation support in the early weeks postpartum is crucial to supporting a families feeding goals.
I provide in home lactation consultations to support families in navigating any breastfeeding/feeding concerns.
Lactation Consultations include:
An evaluation of your babies oral anatomy, suck and function
Feeding observation to evaluate position, latch and milk transfer on a hospital grade scale
A personalized care plan for you + baby to reach your breastfeeding and feeding goals
Referrals and specifically curated postpartum resources
Available in home through North County San Diego, travel fee included in service.
Initial visits are 75 minutes in length, follow up visits are recommended and available for purchase.
